Local Lawmaker Proposes Residents get one Utility Company Choice

This is a horrible piece of legislation and a wrong against the hard working people in this commonwealth.  A resident should not be forced into having only one option on these things.  I lived in Kutztown for 6 years while going to school there and was forced to use their electric provider and other utilities and you could see the effect it had on local businesses and myself as they raised the price and all because they could and no one could do anything about it.  

We need competition in the market-place to keep it healthy.  I urge all my friends to call Senator Mensch and tell him your opinion and how you are against it
