Lower Merion is borrowing over $10 million for a community center. Meanwhile, Lower Providence says "thanks, but no thanks" to a $20 million YMCA that we taxpayers would not spend a dime on. AND eliminate our debt for open space that no township resident can use without paying. Pathetic.
