Lower Providence, Collegeville Among Best PA Suburbs, According To Niche

Be proud of your home! Niche.com thinks that Lower Providence and Collegeville are among the best suburbs in the entire state.

LOWER PROVIDENCE, PA -- Niche.com has released its latest ranking of the best suburbs in Pennsylvania, and the Montgomery County area fared quite well.

Niche's rankings are based on "location, including the quality of local schools, crime rates, housing trends, employment statistics, and access to amenities in an attempt to measure the overall quality of an area."

Collegeville was 32nd, while Lower Providence 64th overall. Other high nearby rankings included Jenkintown (12), Upper Merion placed (13), King of Prussia (16), Montgomery Township (17), Whitemarsh (20), Upper Gwynedd (41), Towamencin (65), and Lansdale (68).

Chesterbrook and Tredyffrin led the state at first and second, while Narberth led Montgomery County in third overall.
