
LOWER PROVIDENCE, PA -- A pair of Lower Providence siblings were honored this week by the township for their excellent work as scouts.
Teens Rebecca and Greg Woodward were given the awards by the township's Board of Supervisors at their recent meeting.
Rebeca earned the Girl Scout Gold Award, the highest achievement a Girl Scout can earn.

Greg earned the rank of Eagle Scout, also the highest rank in the organization.
The pair were each presented proclamations by Chairwoman Colleen Eckman in honor of their work.
