The Citizen of the Year Award is presented annually to an individual who has made exceptional contributions to Lower Providence Township.

The Lower Providence Township Board of Supervisors is accepting nominations for the annual Citizen, Volunteer and Business of the Year awards. Applications are due by November 1, 2021.

The Citizen of the Year Award is presented annually to an individual who has made exceptional contributions to Lower Providence Township. The selection committee looks for an individual who, among other attributes, continually gives of his or her time, dedication and talents to the betterment of the local community.
The Volunteer of the Year Award is presented annually to an individual, group or organization who has performed outstanding service to the community. The award recognizes the inspiring efforts of volunteers and the selection committee looks for individuals who demonstrate commitment, service, creativity, and cooperation in their volunteer capacity.

The Business of the Year Award recognizes a business that has promoted and inspired the business community through its leadership, example and investment in Lower Providence Township.
