Man Struck By Car In Collegeville, In Critical Condition: DA
Police announced that they investigating the incident, and said that it could take "several weeks."
COLLEGEVILLE, PA — A police investigation is underway after a 21-year-old was critically injured during a crash in Collegeville on Tuesday afternoon, authorities said.
Max Moliken, a Collegeville resident, remains in the hospital.
The incident occurred at around 4 p.m. at the intersection of Second Avenue and Park Avenue.

A white Nissan Rogue hit Moliken while he was walking, the District Attorney's office said. He was flown to Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia.
The driver remained on the scene and has been cooperative with the police investigation, the DA's office said. The driver was not injured in the incident.

It's not clear if any charges are pending. The DA's Office said that the investigation is expected to take "several weeks." Accident reconstruction teams are working with the Montgomery County Detective Bureau and Collegeville police.
