Marijuana Legalization Listening Tour Coming To Collegeville
Should recreational marijuana be legalized in PA? Lieutenant Governor John Fetterman is coming to Montco and he wants to hear from you.
COLLEGEVILLE, PA — Should recreational marijuana be legalized in Pennsylvania? Lawmakers are gathering public input.
Lieutenant Governor John Fetterman's statewide listening tour is coming to Montgomery County. The next stop will be at the Perkiomen Valley High School auditorium on Tuesday, March 12 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Attendees are invited to share their feelings on legalizing recreational marijuana in person. If you can't attend, Governor Tom Wolf has set up an online feedback form where residents can submit their feedback on legalizing recreational marijuana.

"We want to hear what you think about recreational marijuana. Are you for legalization? Against legalization? What are your thoughts and concerns?" the page says.
The feedback form includes a portion for residents to say if they are for or against legalizing marijuana for recreational purposes. They then can elect to elaborate on their position in 5,000 characters or less.

Collegeville is just the latest of several stops on Fetterman's tour. Additional dates will be announced in the coming days.
Perkiomen Valley High School is located on 509 Gravel Pike in Collegeville.
