'Passport to Paradise' Fundraiser Booking Reservations Now

Montco SAAC's 'Passport to Paradise' will be an enjoyable evening featuring great food, a dance band and silent auction.

The Senior Adult Activities Center of Montgomery County (Montco SAAC), will be hosting its annual fund raiser Saturday, May 4 from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Empress Room, 1489 DeKalb Pike in Blue Bell. Tickets are $60 per person or $110 per couple.

This year’s theme, "Passport to Paradise," will include a fabulous fun-filled evening, a delicious meal supplied by Paravati Caterers, and dancing to the incredible music of Second Vision, an eight-piece band that kept all the attendees on the dance floor last year! There will be a silent auction, offering, among other great items, a week’s stay at a gorgeous private villa on the Mexican Riviera!

Proceeds from this marvelous evening assist Montco SAAC in providing programs and services to the over-50 community of the greater Norristown, Ambler and Glenside areas. Volunteers from each of the three Meals on Wheels programs sponsored by SAAC will be honored, along with special volunteers chosen from the Norristown and Ambler drop-in centers. There will also be a corporate volunteer singled out for service to this non-profit organization.
