Police Warn of Phony Cop
Police released a sketch of the unidentified man, who they say used a flashing blue light on his dashboard to conduct a "traffic stop" on a woman in the Evansburg section of Lower Providence Township on Feb. 11.
Police say 54-year-old Warren Pennick of Lansdale killed his mother by pushing her down their basement stairs and cutting her throat last Halloween. His attorney said he suffers from paranoid schizophrenia.
