The local PF Chang's has closed its doors for good.

UPPER PROVIDENCE TOWNSHIP, PA — The PF Chang's in the Providence Town Center, known as the chain's Collegeville location, has closed its doors for good, the restaurant confirmed to Patch.
Neither the restaurant nor Providence Town Center announced the closure, and the eatery remains part of the Town Center's website.
A pre-recorded voice message at the restaurant's phone number states that the eatery is "permanently closed."
