Why Should We Revitalize Main Street?
The area of Main Street from Norristown to Pottstown is one of our community’s major roadways, which links together several parts of the 150th district. Hardly a day goes by where I don’t drive on Main Street, and I am sure that it is the same for many in our community.

The panel will be an opportunity for the community to engage with the different sectors involved in these efforts and to form the best plan for any upcoming projects regarding the revitalization of Main Street.
The Potential of Main Street
Our plan to revitalize Main Street will allow this historic roadway to become the home to additional vibrant small businesses and a develop into a thriving business district.
This has the potential to attract more economic activity to our area and create interest for new families moving into our municipalities. In addition, by working together we can plan a multimodal roadway which gives our community the freedom to travel by car, bike or walking – creating a true neighborhood experience.
What are the Next Steps?
Our community has already taken steps to improve this roadway, and by coming together through the Main Street redevelopment project, we can see it reach its full potential.
My team and I are putting together a panel of experts for this Community Policy hearing, and we hope that you can attend to share your thoughts and opinions on this project. There is great value in the input and participation from our community and by hearing everyone’s concerns and questions, we can make this project a success. I hope that you can attend!
We Hope to See You There!
