Route 422 Getting Restrictions For PennDOT Work Next Week

PennDOT said part of U.S. Route 422 will be restricted next week due to debris removal.

From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Jan. 3 through Jan. 6, Route 422 between Pawlings Road and Armand Hammer Boulevard in Lower Providence, Upper Providence, Limerick and Lower Pottsgrove townships, according to PennDOT.

The work will close the right lane of the eastbound travel lane, PennDOT said.

Drivers traveling through this area should allow extra time when heading into the area or consider an alternate route.
