'Human Activity' Behind Bucks Co. Explosions: State Police
Investigators have ruled out natural or environmental causes in connection with the unexplained blasts in Bucks County.

Human activity, not natural or environmental factors, is behind the series of unexplained explosions in Bucks County in recent weeks, State Police have confirmed.
More than 20 mystery explosions have been reported in Upper Bucks County since April 2. The blasts are now being investigated by State Police, the FBI and the ATF.
Since residents began hearing the loud booms last month, many have speculated on what is causing them. Several theories, including that they are linked to fracking, have been circulated. At this time, however, investigators are focusing on human activity as the cause of the blasts and are asking for residents to report any suspicious behavior, spokesman Trooper Marc W. Allen confirmed to Patch Wednesday.
