LOWER PROVIDENCE, PA — An accident in Lower Providence caused injuries on Thursday afternoon, according to officials.The incident occurred at around 4:34 p.m. near the intersection of Level Road and Sumter Drive, authorities said.Lower Providence Community Center Ambulance responded to the scene.
