Still Time to Register for Youth Football, Cheerleading
Methacton Warriors, formerly the Wolverines, are still accepting registrations for Pop Warner sports.

Youth ages 5 to 14 are still able to register for the fall season of Pop Warner football and cheerleading. The team, now known as the Methacton Warriors, was formerly the Methacton Wolverines. Open registration will be held at the team's fields, next to the Lower Providence Township Building on July 31, from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
Those players wishing to register can find all necessary forms online. Parents need to bring along the filled in forms, registration fees and a deposit for equipment (which is returned at the year's end upon return of equipment) in order to register a player. Uniforms for cheer and football players will be ordered to fit each player.
The Warriors are a part of the Bux-Month Youth Football and Cheerleading League. The team is a feeder for the Methacton High School team, and focuses on scholar athletes as a part of the Pop Warner system.
