LOWER PROVIDENCE, PA — A Montgomery County man used social media platforms to have sexually explicit chats with children as young as 13, federal authorities announced.

In some cases, Greene persuaded victims to produce sexually explicit images or videos of themselves, officials said. In other cases, he had them send him images of other minors.

The FBI's Philadelphia Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force said they worked with local authorities to track the images and chats back to Greene.
