postures with proper alignment. You will cultivate strength, flexibility, and
relaxation in a peaceful environment. This class includes physical postures
called Asanas, breathing techniques called Pranayama, and Meditation. This

Vinyasa Yoga is a great workout which links the breath
with movement. Flowing from posture to posture in a meditative state, you will
build strength and flexibility while sweating to cleanse the body. Come with an
