After a summer vacation with family in Europe, Andrea Kozma,
the Zumba teacher at Montco SAAC, Norristown will resume classes at 10:15 on
October 11th.

Zumba Gold provides modified, low-impact moves appropriate
for adults and active older adults. The classes feature exotic rhythms and easy
to follow choreography that lets you progress at your own pace. Instead of a
boring work out, Zumba is invigorating and exhilarating, and most of all fun!

Andrea comes to SAAC a licensed Zumba Gold
instructor with hours of training and experience. She is energetic and friendly
as well as being a fascinating individual.
Classes are held in the SAAC dining room Fridays at 10:15 pm.
Since you pay by the class, ($2.00 a class for SAAC members and $4.00 a class
for non-members) you can try Zumba and see if you like it, without signing up
for a whole series.
