LOWER SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP, PA — Several Lower Bucks County fire crews battled a blaze at a home in the township's Oakford section on Wednesday evening.
The Lower Southampton Township Fire Department and mutual aid companies responded just after 5 p.m. for the report of a house fire.
Fire crews found fire in the attic and on the roof under solar panels.
The fire was brought under control in 30 minutes, fire officials said.
The cause of the fire and whether there were any injuries was unknown at this time.
Among the fire crews that assisted were the Feasterville Fire Company, the Bensalem Volunteer Fire Department, the Trevose Fire Company, the Penndel Volunteer Fire Company, the Langhorne-Middletown Fire Company, the Southampton Fire Company, the Lower Southampton Police Department, and the Tri-Hampton Rescue Squad.
