Fire officials told Action News 6 that "dangerous levels" of CO were detected in the home, adding that "it could've been a potentially deadly situation," if fire crews responded any later.

One person was found outside in distress, while three other people including a child, were found unresponsive inside the house, Action News reported.

Fire officials said that all four victims were transported in serious condition. Several pets were also affected by the incident.

Temple MedFlight was dispatched and landed at the Trevose Fire Company.

The Tri-Hampton Rescue Squad, Bucks County Rescue Squad, the Fetter Mills Fire Rescue, and Horsham Fire Company medics transported patients.

The incident is under investigation by the Bucks County Fire Marshal's Office.

The Feasterville Fire Company said there was never any hazard to the public during the incident.
