American Red Cross Lifeguard Training

The American Red Cross Lifeguard Training Course makes learning fun and easy. Through classroom and hands-on training you will learn surveillance skills to help recognize and prevent injury, rescue skills in water and on land, first aid and CPR training, and the respon- sibilities of a professional lifeguard. Upon successful completion of the course you will be certified in lifeguarding, First Aid, and CPR/AED for lifeguards.
