Growth Opportunity Center (GOC) is a long‑standing nonprofit mental health organization based in Southampton, proudly serving Bucks County, Montgomery County, Northeast Philadelphia, and the Greater Philadelphia region. For more than 50 years, GOC has been committed to providing accessible, high‑quality mental health services that help individuals and families build healthier, more connected lives. Our mission is to provide compassionate, effective care that empowers people to transform life's challenges into opportunities for growth. GOC offers a wide range of outpatient services, including individual therapy, family and couples therapy, group counseling, and psychiatric services. Our clinicians support people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, relationship challenges, and other emotional or behavioral concerns. We also provide psychological and psychoeducational testing, helping individuals and families gain clarity around learning differences, attention challenges, and diagnostic questions. In addition to traditional therapy, GOC offers specialized programs designed to meet the evolving needs of the community. Our new Attention &amp; Executive Function Coaching Program supports youth, teens, and adults who struggle with focus, planning, organization, time management, and follow‑through. Coaching is available through individual sessions, small‑group formats, and one‑time workshops that teach practical, real‑life strategies for school, work, and home. Across all services, GOC is known for its warm, supportive, and person‑centered approach. We believe people deserve care that is compassionate, respectful, and grounded in real‑world tools that make daily life more manageable.
