Neshaminy Parents, Taxpayers to Hold Q&A Session

A group of Neshaminy parents and taxpayers have organized a question and answer session Monday, Sept. 24.

A group of Neshaminy parents and taxpayers have organized another community meeting.

A question and answer session will be held Monday, Sept. 24 at Twinning Hall at the Trevose Fire Station.

"Basically, we as a community want some real answers to what is going on," co-organizer Ed MacConnell said of the event.

Neshaminy School Board President Ritchie Webb and the board's attorney Charles Sweet will be at the meeting to provide answers for any Neshaminy residents, parents, students, senior citizens and taxpayers who are concerned about the ongoing contract impasse.

MacConnell said that the NFT was invited to send a representative, however, they did not choose to do that at this time.

Doors will open at 6 p.m., the Q & A will start at 6:30 p.m. and should be completed between 8 and 8:30 p.m. Coffee and refreshments will be served.
