Neshaminy Teachers, District Reach Tentative Agreement

The school board will hold a special public meeting on Thursday, August 6 at 7 p.m. to vote on the agreement.

The Neshaminy School District and the Neshaminy Federation of Teachers have reached a tentative, one-year deal on a new collective bargaining agreement covering teachers and other professional staff, the district announced in a statement Thursday.

The previous contract expired on June 30.

The School District and the Federation will release the terms of the tentative deal to the public after the NFT members review and ratify the agreement.

The NFT is scheduled to meet in July 27 to consider and ratify the tentative agreement.
