When last year's spring fair ended, planning for this year's PTO hosted event began. Though rain threatened to wash out the event, it held off long enough for the community to come out and enjoy the games, rides, basket raffles and more May 7.
"The rain gods were shining on us," PTO spring fair co-chair Sue Brookes said of the event day weather.
The spring fair, planned by Brookes and co-chair Cheryl Errico, is a social event, not a fundraiser, Brookes said. PTO members raffled off themed baskets to cover the cost of the event.

Children and parents alike enjoyed massive inflatables, games, prizes, a dunk tank, tours of a engine and carnival-style fare.
