TMA Bucks Partners With Lower Bucks Family YMCA For “Rush For Hunger” Campaign

TMA Bucks is partnering with the Lower Bucks Family YMCA for its "Rush for Hunger" campaign to collect food for needy residents and families throughout Bucks County.

The Bucks County Transportation Management Association [TMA Bucks] announced that it is partnering with the Lower Bucks Family YMCA for its “Rush for Hunger” campaign this Christmas season to collect food for needy residents and families throughout Bucks County.

According to a TMA Bucks issued press release, TMA Bucks will collect non-perishable food items on the Richboro-Warminster rushbus and Bristol rushbus public transit services the weeks of November 28 and December 5. The TMA has also invited its membership to participate by collecting food at their office locations. The food collected will be picked up by a rushbus vehicle and distributed to Martha’s Cupboard and the Red Cross Homeless Shelter.

“As a local Bucks County organization, TMA Bucks understands the importance of giving back to the community that we serve,” TMA Bucks board of directors president Phil Wursta said.
