2017 Primary Election: Malvern Borough Results
See who will appear on the Nov. 7 ballot in Malvern Borough.

MALVERN, PA – Surely you ventured out to your local polling place Tuesday for the 2017 primary election. Now that voting is over, it's time to look at results.
There were two races in Malvern Borough.
One was for borough mayor and the other for Malvern Borough Council.

In the mayoral race, incumbent Democrat David Burton earned 98.66 percent of the vote. No republican's were in the running in Tuesday's primary.
In the council races, voters were able to vote for three candidates.

The results are:
- Amy Finkbiner (D), 35.37 percent; Marty Laney (D), 32.23; and write-in candidates earned 31.9 percent;
- John Kohler (R), 31.52 percent; David G. Bramwell (R) 30.16; write-in candidates earned 26.36 percent; and Christina Arena (R), 11.46 percent.
