225-Unit Housing Complex Planned For Malvern

MALVERN, PA — A large multifamily housing complex is planned to be built on Lancaster Avenue in Malvern.

GMH Capital Partners recently announced its plans to build a four-story multifamily housing complex with 225 units.

The building, which will be called The Pendelton at Malvern, is expected to be open in summer 2021.

It will feature studio units, one-and two-bedroom units.

Outdoor features include a resort-style pool, entertainment areas, a beer garden, and a bocce court within a private, half-acre courtyard.

Inside amenities include a fitness center, conference rooms, concierge, and a great room with gaming and a kitchen/bar.

There will also be an area for dogs to congregate on the property and a dog-wash area within the building.
