4 Exton Office Buildings Part Of $36M Sale: Report

Two other buildings in West Chester and one in Delaware County were also included in the massive purchase.

EXTON, PA – Four Exton-area office buildings were sold as part of a seven-building deal that came to the tune of $36 million, according to a report.

Office buildings at 456 Creamery Way, 100 Campbell Blvd. and 468 and 486 Thomas Jones Way were all part of the $36 million deal that included SSH Real Estate brokering the sale.

The buildings are home to Neutronics, Elite Dental Care, First Land Transfer, and Collegium Charter School, according to Commercial Property Executive.

Two other offices in West Chester Square – 1025 Andrew Drive and 1234 West Chester Pike in West Chester – were included in the sale, as well as 3409 West Chester Pike in Newtown Square, according to Commercial Property Executive.
