Linda Spreeman's Fall Recipe #2

Not exactly a "Fall" recipe but a great recipe that is easy to prepare and a great main dish on some of our cooler days.  PS - instead of the microwave version below, can also be cooked in the oven or in a crock pot all day.

Honey Mustard Chicken

1/4 c honey
2 Tbs mustard yellow
1 Tbs soy sauce
1 Tbs minced garlic
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts

Mix all ingredients together and pour over chicken and marinate for several hours or overnight.  Microwave with plastic wrap for 15 mins. on medium high, turning twice.
