Accused Child Rapist Extradited To Chesco: Report
Twenty-two-year-old Devin Storf was sent back to Chester County recently to face charges including child rape and statutory sexual assault.
EAST WHITELAND, PA – A man living in North Carolina was extradited back to Chester County recently to face charges related to child rape. He was extradited to East Whiteland Township this week, according to media reports and court records.
Devin Storf, 22, who was living in Currituck County, North Carolina, but has an address listed as Malvern in court records, appeared in a Chester County court Thursday, Aug. 10 for his preliminary arraignment.
According to court records, Storf faces 10 counts of felony rape of a child;10 felony counts of unlawful contact with a minor; 10 felony counts of indecent assault of a person less than 13 years old; three felony counts of corruption of minors, as well as three misdemeanor counts of corruption of minors; two counts of felony involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a child; two felony counts of statutory sexual assault; two felony counts of aggravated indecent assault of a child; two felony counts of aggravated indecent assault of a child under 13 years old; and two counts of indecent assault of a person under 16 years old.

Storf was held on $300,000 bail following his arraignment Aug. 10. His preliminary hearing is slated for Aug. 28, court documents show.
According to Daily Advance.com in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, Storf was taken into custody by Currituck County sheriff's deputies on behalf of East Whiteland Police July 28.

The charges stem from incidents where Storf allegedly had sex with a 12-year-old girl in 2016 and 2017.
Storf reportedly began the alleged sex acts in an East Whiteland basement while he celebrated his 21st birthday, the outlet reports.
