Amanda Noeldechen Affiliates With Coldwell Banker Preferred

David Krieger, president of Coldwell Banker Preferred, is pleased to announce that Amanda Noeldechen has affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Preferred office in Exton as a full-time sales associate.

Noeldechen is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors®, the Suburban West Realtors® Association and TReND. Her background includes 14 years in the utility industry where she managed large scale IT implementations and business transformations. More recently, she worked in interior decorating at Restoring Homes in West Chester, Pennsylvania.

“My interest in real estate grew out of my passion for interior design,” said Noeldechen. “I enjoyed transforming people’s homes to fit their lifestyle, and now I can help people choose the home that fits their needs. It’s an even better and more rewarding part of the process.”

Noeldechen currently lives in the West Chester area with her husband and two young children. In her spare time she enjoys yoga and volunteering at local community events such as the annual Polo Cup benefiting the Chester County Hospital in West Chester.
