Royer-Greaves School for Blind & Services invites the community to our 2026 Annual Spring Festival - a festive evening featuring the big sound of the 90+ member Chester County Concert Band. The free June 13 event begins at 6 p.m. on the Royer-Greaves campus, 118 S. Valley Road, Paoli, PA. Please secure your free ticket at Eventbrite.
This special performance of Chester County Concert Band celebrates the 250th Anniversary of the United States. In addition to patriotic tunes, expect musical standards and a full-range of favorites. In addition to music, the event offers family-oriented games and crafts for people of all abilities. There will be food and ice cream available to purchase from our vendors.
The crowd will spread out on Royer-Greaves’ big front lawn - chairs will be provided, but picnic blankets are welcome! In case of inclement weather, the show and fun will move indoors to our auditorium. Free, off-street parking is available.
“This is a chance to gather as a community and enjoy wonderful music and food together,” said Royer-Greaves Executive Director Debra Jerome-Campbell. “We hope to see many old friends and meet new ones who are not yet familiar with Royer-Greaves mission. For them, this joyful event is also a chance to learn what we do and who we are.”
Royer-Greaves serves children and adults who have visual impairment along with a complex mix of intellectual and physical disabilities or autism. Individualized educational, vocational, recreational, therapeutic and supportive residential services allow all we serve to achieve their most rewarding and independent lives.
“Royer-Greaves has been filled with music every day since our founding more than 100 years ago, because music is a universal language allows all people to express themselves,” Jerome-Campbell said. “We can’t wait to enjoy the Concert Band together.”
