During the 11.03.266 General Election, Malvern Borough voters will be asked whether Borough Council should be reduced from 7 to 5 members.

Malvern Borough voters will consider a Home Rule Charter referendum during the November 3, 2026 General Election.

The ballot question asks whether the number of Borough Council Members should be reduced from seven to five, effective January 3, 2028. It also explains how Council Members would be elected beginning in 2027.

A YES vote approves the proposed changes.
A NO vote does not approve the proposed changes.
