Be Disaster Aware!
September is National Preparedness Month. Check out how you can prepare for when disaster strikes and spreading the word!

Did you know that September is National Preparedness Month? This year’s theme is “Be Disaster Aware. Prepare”
The Ready Campaign has established four universal building blocks of emergency preparedness: Be Informed, Make a Plan, Build a Kit, and Get Involved – these building blocks will help you to organize and be better prepared for when disaster strikes.
Although your local emergency service providers regularly train and prepare for disaster responses, your personal preparedness goes a long way toward helping us to make the most efficient use of our resources.
