BiZTRACT & TrainSmart to Present Exclusive “Train the Trainer” Three Day Intensive Workshop
For the first time offered in this area, this is the only "instructor-led" train-the-trainer program that is certified by the IBCT.
Malvern, PA, February 13, 2017 – BiZTRACT, the innovative training, event, and shared workspace location in Great Valley Corporate Center is partnering with TrainSmart to present Train the Trainer February 22 through February 24. The three-day workshop is the only “instructor-led” train-the-trainer program certified by the International Board of Certified Trainers (IBCT). This is the first time this workshop is being offered in the greater Philadelphia area.

Participants will:
- Present and facilitate between 5-7 segments
- Present a 10-20 minute final training project on a subject of their choice
- Receive a recorded practice session with feedback and coaching from the participants and the facilitator
- Gain a strong foundation in critical training skills and will be introduced to new approaches for delivering powerful training
