King St renovation project

Welcome to my blog.  If you travel on King street in Malvern, you have noticed a major change in the landscape.  The demo work has begun on a total revitalization on the East end of town. Directly across from our photography studio, we get to watch the work happen every day. I am so excited to know that within about 18 months I will be looking across the street to a vibrant new and beautifully done housing and retail developement.  Of course there are always mixed emotions about such a huge change, but as a life long resident and business person, I welcome the change. As a child I rode my bike from my greeentree neighborhood into the borough of Malvern, passing Staats oil company and Amerigas and Fisher feed. While they were great industrial neighbors, the town has evolved into much more of a bustling people place. I will keep you posted regularly in the progress, but with the spring weather, do yourself some good, and walk the sidewalks and see for yourself.
