Matador (Wayne)
You don't have to buy a plane ticket for great Spanish food, Save the travel money and head to Matador!

(Wayne, PA) I (Molly) traveled to Spain this spring break and the food at Matador is just as delectable as the food in Spain. We have been here multiple times and each time it gets better and better. The restaurant itself has a very old Spanish feel to it, which just adds to the experience; and all the servers we have had have been super friendly. On this particular trip, we ordered all tapas: the tableside guacamole, Champinones en Verde, and the Naranja Salmon. The tableside guacamole true to its name is made at your table. Our server claimed to make the best in the restaurant and we wouldn’t doubt it. It was amazingly fresh and delicious. The Championes en Verde are wild mushrooms with truffle oil. Yum! Just thinking about them makes my mouth water since they were so out of this world. The Naranja Salmon is seared salmon in a blood orange glaze. Though very tasty, it wasn’t our favorite part of the meal. From other trips to Matador we would recommend any one of the tacos for a lunch entrée as well as the Ceviche and for dessert order the churros! The churros are better than the ones I (Molly) had in Spain. -They are lick-the-plate delicious. Matador is a definite go-to place in Wayne
