Located in West Chester right on Paoli Pike near Chester County book company, Michi Sushi turned out to be very good. It’s a newer restaurant and the service was fast. First we got the rock shrimp: fried shrimp in a creamy spicy sauce. It was wonderful, a little more spicy and just creamy enough…but not the best around. For our entrees, we got the sunset roll and the Salmon Skin roll. The salmon skin roll was a normal sushi roll filled with salmon skin and cucumbers. It was different but very good. The sunset roll was our favorite. It was a special with eel, avocado, crunchy crab inside, and spicy scallop on top. It was amazing. It was the perfect mix of everything. Delicious! With reasonable prices, a great place for a quick dine.
