Empirical Embrace Counseling offers therapy services for those struggling with issues such as eating disorders, body image dissatisfaction, obsessive-compulsive disorder, grief disorders, anxiety disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder. We offer a variety of evidence-based treatment models such as CBT, CBT-e, ERP, PE, etc. At EEC, the single most important thing is the relationship we share with each individual client - which is why rapport building is always the first goal.
