Help Us Bring New Life to Massacre Run!
Join us on Saturday, November 1, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM for a community Tree Planting Day as part of our ongoing effort to restore the Massacre Run floodplain—a vital headwater of Crum Creek.
Together, we’ll plant 50 native trees and shrubs in the beautiful Battlefield Woods, right behind Quann Park. No experience needed—just bring your enthusiasm!
This planting is being held by the EAC in partnership with Penn State Extension Master Watershed Stewards with a PHS Trees for Watersheds grant
What to bring:
- Sturdy shoes and outdoor-friendly clothing
- A willingness to dig in and have fun!
All planting tools will be provided by the Conservation District Tools Trailer—so you just need to show up and help make a difference.
Register today and let’s grow a greener future for Malvern, one tree at a time!
