COURSE DESCRIPTION
Michelle MacCubbin has been a therapist since 2009, a massage instructor since 2011 and a CEU instructor since 2022. She specializes in multidisciplinary massage incorporating several different modalities.
In this class you will learn Thai yoga stretches that you can incorporate into your Swedish routing, adding another level of relaxation and repair to your client’s treatment. We will be learning how to drape properly to perform these movements. We will go over some history of Thai massage and how to protect yourself with proper body mechanics.
Wear comfortable clothing that stretches. You will be undressed for the practical under the sheets.
Please Bring: Bring a notebook, massage sheets, lotion/cream.
You will have a 1 hour lunch break.
