Historic Sugartown will host its first Pop-Up Biergarten of the season on Thursday, May 21, 2026 from 5 – 8 pm. The organization will once again partner with Malvern’s own Locust Lane Craft Brewery to offer a relaxing summer happy hour surrounded by the 19th-century ambiance of the 19th-century village of Sugartown. Participating food trucks include On the Roll Food Truck and Catering. Tour Historic Sugartown’s buildings and view bookbinding demonstrations in Historic Sugartown’s world-class Book Bindery. Music by blues artist, Johnny Never!
Cost for tickets is $10 per person. Proceeds benefit Historic Sugartown, a private 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization that works to preserve Historic Sugartown, provide resources for those looking for authentic 19th century experiences, and serves as a welcoming center for the arts, history, and culture of the surrounding community. A portion of the beverage and food proceeds support Historic Sugartown’s efforts to protect the village. Directions: Event parking is located at 260 Spring Road, Malvern. Follow the signs when you arrive. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and lawn games! Leashed dogs are welcome. Rain Date: July 16, 2026.
