This is the second class in a 3 part series. You must have taken level 1 prior to this class.

This is a 2 DAY CLASS! Please be prepared to attend both days!

Friday May 22 and Saturday May 23, 2026

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This is a followup course to Manual Lymphatic Drainage Level 1 by Wilda del Carmen. You must have taken Wilda's Level 1 MLD course before signing up for this.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage: is a form of very light touch that encourages lymph flow in

the body. Learn a full body lymphatic drainage sequence; ( not facial). Learn the two

different protocols for UE and LE MLD treatment.

Learning Outcomes:

1. Students will learn an extensive understanding of the history of manual lymphatic drainage

2. Students will learn ongoing progress of lymphatic surgeries

3. Students will learn about the benefits of lymphatic drainage technique with an overview of pressure, pace, lymphatic flow, and lymph node location.

4. Students will learn about the anatomy and physiology in detail of the lymphatic system

5. Students will learn how to differentiate between normal and diseased states of the lymphatic system

6. Students will learn a deeper understanding of the lymphatic mechanism regarding the urinary system and cardiovascular system

7. Students will learn and review contraindications and indications of lymphatic drainage massage but not limited to acute infections, inflammation, cardiovascular problems, venous obstruction, and specific illness where clients are under physician supervision

8. Students will learn a full body manual lymphatic drainage technique sequence; except for the face
