Gua Sha is a Chinese massage technique that involves scraping the skin with a smooth, flat tool to improve circulation, release tension, and promote healing. This technique is typically used on the back, neck, and shoulders, and can be effective in treating a range of conditions, including chronic pain, headaches, and respiratory problems.
Shiatsu is a Japanese massage therapy that involves the application of pressure to specific points on the body to promote healing and balance. By applying pressure to specific points on these meridians, shiatsu practitioners aim to restore the flow of energy and promote overall health and wellbeing.
