A staff member from Representative Kristine Howard's office will be at the following Chester County Library System libraries for questions or concerns for the rest of 2021, from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.

LIBRARY MOBILE OFFICE CONSTITUENT SERVICES

1st Tuesday of every month - Chester Springs Library, 1709 Art School Road, Chester Springs 19425

2nd Tuesday of every month - Easttown Library, 720 First Avenue, Berwyn 19312

3rd Wednesday of every month - Malvern Library, 1 East First Avenue, Malvern 19355

4th Tuesday of every month - Chester County Library, 450 Exton Square Parkway, Exton 19341

State Government services such as:

• SEPTA Senior Cards

• PennDOT renewals and applications

• Property/Rent rebate applications

• Information on financial assistance for higher education

• Birth certificate applications

• Citations from the Pennsylvania House of Representatives

• Aid with unemployment compensation problems
