At The Chester County SPCA, Christmas Comes Early This Week
The SPCA has adoption specials running through the end of the month.
If a new furry friend to love is on your wish list, now is the time: The Chester County SPCA is offering 50 percent off all adoptions through the end of the month as part of its Christmas in July celebration.
All people who expand their families by four feet will also receive a Christmas in July gift, the SPCA says.
