The Chester County Sheriff’s Office has released an updated list of its most wanted criminal fugitives, and there are several notable additions.
Among the prominent new fugitives is Mauricio Almeida Silva, the man wanted for allegedly attempting to kill another man in Phoenixville with a large kitchen knife.
