Chesterbrook Academy in Malvern Donates 80 Pairs of Pajamas

Students at Chesterbrook Academy Preschool in Malvern recently organized a pajama drive for Scholastic’s 9th Annual Great Bedtime Story Pajama Drive. Students collected 80 pairs of pajamas, which were delivered to the Coatesville YWCA for distribution to community members in need. Through this giving initiative, students learned the importance of helping others, especially during the holiday season.

Since 2009, students nationwide have collected and donated more than 600,000 pairs of new pajamas through Scholastic’s Annual Great Bedtime Story Pajama Drive. The Scholastic Book Clubs have more than matched those numbers by donating nearly one million new books directly to Pajama Program headquarters, where they are then distributed across the country.
