Job Description:
Full Time Position
Must be able to work Days/Nights/Weekends
Culinary Experience and/or training preferred; Frosting and piping experience a plus. Will Train if needed
Duties will include
- Opening/Closing store and duties that go with such
- Exceptional customer service (Taking orders in person and over phone, helping customers in bakery, being friendly and helpful, etc.)
- Frosting cupcakes in mass quantities.
- Special Décor on custom orders as needed.
- Keeping bakery to Safe Serve standards of operation
- Ability to work well in a team surrounding
- Ability to work well under pressure in a high stress industry when orders change unexpectedly
- Ability to manage time well and multi-task different things at the same time
